Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
At Dreven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
- You have the order confirmation email or invoice as proof of purchase
- The item is not listed under non-returnable categories (see Section 5)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@dreven.in with the subject line:
Return Request - Order #[your order number] - Include the following details:
- Order ID
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (required for damaged or wrong items)
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking / Card — refunded to the source account
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — refunded via bank transfer (you will need to provide your bank account details)
- Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Perishable goods, if applicable
- Customised or personalised products
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dreven.in
- Share your Order ID and clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a free return pickup and offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra cost
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
- To cancel, email us immediately at support@dreven.in with your Order ID
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted — you may initiate a return after delivery instead
- Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired item
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or UPI app again
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary
- If the issue persists, email us at support@dreven.in and we will investigate
