2. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to select locations across India.

  • Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pincode.
  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before placing the order.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Payment Methods & COD Availability

We offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) โ€” available only at select pincodes

Cash on Delivery (COD) โ€” Important Note

COD is available only for select pincodes across metro and high-demand areas. This helps us ensure reliable delivery and a smooth experience for both you and our team.

Why limited COD? We’ve enabled COD in pincodes with strong delivery infrastructure and a high order success rate โ€” so your order gets delivered faster and more reliably.

To check if COD is available at your location, simply enter your pincode at checkout. If COD is not available for your pincode, you can still place your order using any of our prepaid payment methods.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • You can use the tracking number on our courier partner’s website to check real-time delivery status.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
  • In case of a returned prepaid order, a refund will be initiated after deducting return shipping charges, if applicable.
  • For COD orders returned due to non-availability or refusal, re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours at support@dreven.in .
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner and offer a replacement or refund after investigation.
